Although she grew up in Florida and still loves the sunshine and her annual cruises, she also enjoys her travels around the East Coast and snuggling with her cats. Random, but she used to be a crime analyst, and has a passion for listening to crime documentaries and shows.

Meet Angelique. She has been with my team since 2017. Coffee is her love language, she's the mother to two beautiful boys, and has a passion for street racing in her spare time. She loves enjoying the sunshine while relaxing in a hammock, and treating her boys to family trips.

While she majored in music as a vocalist and is basically an opera singer, she’s been doing wedding photography since 2010, where she started out completely by herself with no education - only trust from friends. She’s also a self-proclaimed Disney Adult with a pass, obsessed with Star Wars, and she and her husband even cosplay from time to time.

After photographing more than two hundred weddings over the past
ten years, we’ve found that we’re not the perfect fit for every couple.
That’s why this process begins with a conversation. We want to hear
everything—how you met, funny first date stories, and how you got
engaged.
We’ll get to know one another, talk about the details of your
day, answer any questions you might have about working with us, and
figure out if we’re the best fit for each other.

Even if you're working with a wedding planner or you're planning a simple wedding, there are likely still a lot of moving pieces left leading up to your big day. We've photographed more than 200 weddings in the past ten years, and we're happy to share everything we've learned along the way!
Wedding Advice
We’re big fans of engagement sessions for a few reasons. Not only do they allow you to get comfortable in front of the camera, they also give you the opportunity to showcase your personalities in a more casual setting that is significant to the two of you.
Engagement sessions can take place anywhere from immediately following a proposal to just a few days before the wedding. We’ve found that there isn’t a “good” or “bad” time to take your photos. We normally plan sessions based on a particular “look” a couple has in mind, spring flowers for example, or based on schedules.
Engagement Session
We check-in about one month before the wedding to start chatting about timeline specifics, special details, family formal shot lists, special traditions and anything else we should know about your big day.
While we normally don't send this questionnaire until closer to the wedding, please don't hesitate to let us know if you have questions during the planning process!
Wedding Day Prep
It's finally here! The day the two of you say "I Do" and dance the night away surrounded by your family and friends.
Just know we're excited to celebrate and capture your wedding day. It's going to be amazing.
The Big Day
You can expect your photos to be delivered via an online gallery within about 6-10 weeks after your wedding. At that time, we'll also send over details about preserving your images through prints and albums.
We hope the relationship doesn't end after we deliver your photographs. We want to hear about the adventures of married life. And if you decide to have kids, we'd love to document your growing family.

MORE DETAILS
One of the best ways to make your wedding memories last is by ordering
an album. These high quality professionally designed albums come in a
variety of leather colors.
These aren’t the same albums your parents' wedding photos came in.
They’re modern, lay perfectly flat, and look incredible on coffee tables.
All albums must be prepaid before design begins. Albums typically take
between 4 to 6 weeks to complete and include two rounds of revision. Albums may be ordered anytime before or after the wedding day.
ALBUMS
All of our weddings include an engagement session. It takes time for most couples to warm up to being
photographed and understand how we pose. Timelines can be
pretty tight on weddings days, and 30 minutes may be all we
have for portraits - which is why we’ve found that wedding day
portraits turn out so much better when couples do engagement
sessions ahead of time.
These also allow you to showcase your personalities in a more casual
setting that is significant to the two of you (and even include
pets!) While they’re great for save-the-dates, we’ve taken
engagement photos anywhere from 18 months in advance to a
few days before the wedding.
Engagement Sessions
Fantastic! To reserve your wedding date, we’ll need a completed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit. If you don’t have a contract yet, just let us know and we’ll send one over! The remaining balance will be due 1 month before the wedding. Payment plans are also available upon request.
We love your work and we’re ready to book! What’s the next step?
Galleries typically include anywhere between 600 and 900 photos. The exact amount varies from wedding to wedding. Your online gallery will come loaded with fully edited high resolution images you can print anywhere. You’re also welcome to share your wedding photos on social media, and share with friends and family.
How many photos are typically included and can we print the photos ourselves?
We typically add travel fees on to any wedding outside of a 60 mile radius from our home in Charlotte, NC. Fees vary depending on location so ask us for more details.
